TERMS OF SERVICE
Payment
Clients will be sent an invoice via paypal. other payment methods can be accommodated with limitations.Methods of payment include:
- Full payment:
- priority commission: skip the line and have it done within 12 business hours (60% add on)
- half upon submission, half upon completion (minimum $150)
- quarterly payment (minimum $400)
process
Within a 48 hour period, client will be contacted through given info and relayed requested service with total amount.The artist will have 3.5 weeks to complete the service upon payment completion.The client has the right to post publicly with credit of the artist.
revisions
Edits are permitted up to the flat stage of the process.
refund policy
If the client does not receive their completed piece within 6 weeks, the client has the right to request a refund.
commercial
Commercial artwork: promotional illustrations, designs for merchandise will be added 200% premium to base price
cancellations
The artist reserves the right to cancel the commission for any reason, and will refund the total payed amount.
